Returns

Dimo Chair has a no-return policy due to that each item is custom made for the order. We can send you images of each step of the production process if needed.

You are able to cancel your order within 48 hours of payment being received.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages reported after 7 days will not be accepted.
