Dimo Chair is operated by Finitra LLC. For delivery information for a destination or project, contact info@dimochair.com and identify the products, quantities and delivery address concerned.

Taxes and import duties

All non-trade orders include taxes and import duties for all destinations.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for orders placed on dimochair.com are shown at checkout.

Production and transport

Inventory items ship within three business days. Delivery takes approximately three to five business days from dispatch.

Custom items and vintage pieces requiring restoration can take longer, depending on the project. Contact our support team at info@dimochair.com for the production and delivery estimate for your project.

Delivery estimates do not remove any rights you have under applicable law if goods are delayed or are not delivered.

Delayed or missing orders

If you have a delivery concern, email info@dimochair.com with your order number. If an order cannot be shipped within an applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the information and cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. We will seek any consent to a delay that the law requires.

Delivery issues

Please report visible damage or an incorrect item as soon as reasonably possible and keep any relevant photographs and packaging where practical. A request to report promptly does not restrict statutory rights. See our Returns and refunds policy.
