Every vintage piece purchased from Dimo comes with a certificate of authenticity, backed by our company warranty.

A certificate for your piece

The certificate records the provenance information for your piece and includes both its listing number and your order number. It identifies the furniture you have purchased and confirms its authenticity.

We provide this documentation with your order so that you can keep a record of the piece and its history.

How we establish authenticity

Dimo issues the certificate following the research carried out for each vintage listing. Our assessment draws on the furniture's original markings, materials, construction, and condition, as well as the records supplied by its source.

The accompanying historical sheet provides a fuller account of the piece's provenance, including its original allocation and commission where established.
