This exceptional example features a broad rectangular teak top supported by two signature wedge-panel legs, a hallmark of Jeanneret’s minimalist vocabulary during his collaboration with Le Corbusier on the Chandigarh Capitol Complex.

The standout feature is its original integrated task light, suspended on twin vertical rods above the desktop—a utilitarian yet sculptural detail emblematic of mid-century Indian modernism.
